Terms & Conditions

• Check-In Schedule: Flexible to accommodate guest arrivals. Early check-in is subject to villa room availability upon arrival.

• Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM (12:00 WITA), with complimentary late check-out available until 13:00 WITA.

• Late Check-Out Fees: Check-out extended up to 17:00 WITA is charged IDR 200,000. Check-out after 18:00 WITA is charged 50% of the daily villa room rate.

• Host Support: Our host team is available daily to assist with key handover and guest arrival assistance.

• Full Refund (14+ Days Notice): Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a 100% full refund.

• Partial Refund (3 Days Notice): Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-Show Policy: Cancellations made on the day of arrival or failure to check in are charged 100% of the reservation amount.

• Payment Guarantee: Full payment is required upfront upon reservation confirmation to guarantee your villa booking.

• One-Bedroom Villa: Accommodates up to 2 guests (1 King Bed, 95 m²).

• Two-Bedroom Villa: Accommodates up to 4 guests + 1 extra bed option (2 Master Bedrooms, 95 m²).

• Facilities: Guests enjoy complimentary access to the outdoor tropical swimming pool (06:00 AM – 21:00 PM WITA). Access to the fully-equipped mini pantry is exclusively reserved for Two-Bedroom Villa guests.

• On-Site Parking: Access road fits cars and motorcycles. On-site parking facility is specifically designated for motorcycles.

• Pet Policy: To maintain hygiene, quietude, and comfort for all staying guests, pets are strictly not allowed inside villa premises.

• Quiet Hours: We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 22:00 PM to preserve the peaceful tropical sanctuary vibe.
