• Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM (14:00 WITA). Early check-in is subject to room availability upon arrival.

• Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM (12:00 WITA).

• Late Check-Out Charge: Extended stay until 4:00 PM (16:00 WITA) incurs a flat fee of IDR 200,000, subject to room availability.

• Front Desk Service: Our reception desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays.

• Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply.

• Cancellations made on the day of arrival or No-Show: A 100% cancellation charge of the total booking amount will apply.

• Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Standard Room Occupancy: 2 adults per room (Maximum capacity varies up to 3 guests based on room type configuration).

• Rates & Currency: Direct on-site bookings are charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Rates start from IDR 450,000 – IDR 550,000 (Normal Season) up to IDR 1,000,000+ (Peak Season).

• Airport Transfer Service: Available at IDR 450,000 per way (Ngurah Rai International Airport).

• Laundry Service: Available at IDR 50,000 per kilogram.

• Luggage Storage & Scooter Rental: Luggage storage is available free of charge for checked-in guests. Motorbike and scooter rentals can be arranged directly at reception.

• Tranquility & Quiet Hours: Guests are requested to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to maintain a serene atmosphere for all residents.

• Sustainability: Rimbun Canggu Hotel actively processes 100% of organic waste into garden compost. We encourage guests to participate in our eco-friendly practices.
