• Standard Check-In: From 14:00 WITA. Early check-in is subject to room availability upon arrival.

• Standard Check-Out: Until 12:00 WITA (noon).

• Late Check-Out: Check-out extended up to 18:00 WITA incurs a 50% daily room rate fee, subject to availability. Check-out after 18:00 WITA will be charged at the full nightly rate.

• Guest Registration: A valid passport or government-issued national identity card is required upon check-in for all staying guests.

• Booking Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed by valid payment details or advance deposit through our authorized booking channels.

• Currency & Taxes: Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include prevailing government tax and service charges unless explicitly noted otherwise.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and local electronic payments.

• Standard Flexible Rates: Free cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours prior to arrival date (14:00 WITA). Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to arrive are charged 1 night room charge.

• Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made under promotional or non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once confirmed.

• Early Departures: Unused nights following early check-out are subject to the original reservation terms.

• Room Occupancy: Superior Double and Superior Twin rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. Superior Bunk Bed rooms accommodate designated bunk sleeping capacities.

• Children Policy: Children aged 5 years and under stay free of charge when utilizing existing bedding.

• Extra Bedding: Baby cots or extra arrangements must be requested prior to arrival and depend on room capacity.

• Quiet Hours: Observed between 22:00 and 07:00 WITA daily to maintain a peaceful retreat for all guests.

• Non-Smoking Indoors: All bedrooms are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning recovery fee of IDR 1,500,000 applies to violations. Outdoor smoking areas are provided.

• Pet Policy: To ensure hygiene and comfort for all guests, pets are strictly not permitted on hotel premises.

• Safety & Valuables: In-room electronic safes are provided for guest valuables. The hotel is not liable for unsecured personal belongings.
