We start by setting up a cozy bonfire in a prime spot on our property, where the night sky is clear, and the stars shine bright. You’ll arrive to find everything ready—comfortable seating, warm blankets to wrap up in if the evening gets a bit
The barbecue features a selection of locally sourced meats and vegetables, all grilled to perfection. You’ll find juicy chicken, succulent beef, and tender fish, alongside a variety of fresh vegetables like corn, peppers, and mushrooms. Everything is seasoned with our special blend of herbs and spices, making each bite burst with flavor. The hotpot, on the other hand, offers a more interactive dining experience. You’ll be given a steaming pot of rich, flavorful broth, along with a selection of ingredients to cook yourself—thin slices of meat, fresh vegetables, tofu, and noodles. As the night progresses, you can customize your hotpot to your liking, adding ingredients and flavors as you go.
But the food is just part of the experience. We also provide a selection of non-alcoholic beverages, including herbal teas, fruit juices, and soft drinks. If you’d like something stronger, we have a curated selection of wines, beers, and spirits available for purchase. And no bonfire would be complete without marshmallows for toasting, which we’ll provide along with long skewers so you can roast them to gooey perfection over the flames.
